Improve Customer Product Design Structure And Help Obtain Bulk Orders

In 2023, the company's customers assembled the self-made wiper housing into an assembly and sent it to BYD. Because the noise index has never met the standard, it has not been able to obtain orders for mass production and delivery. At the invitation of the customer, the company took over the housing processing task. After repeatedly observing the on-site process of assembly, holding technical meetings to analyze the causes of noise, and other measures, our company's engineers discovered and proposed a plan to adjust the structure of the housing's anti-interference components, as shown in the schematic diagram below. According to this plan, the assembly noise problem has been effectively controlled. The customer assembled the housing processed by our company into an assembly product and delivered it to BYD. It passed the noise test once and obtained a mass production delivery order.
